College of Management, Law and
Languages of Siauliai Region is non- academic private higher
education institution, founded in 1994, preparing students,
orientated to professional practice, able to adapt to the
constantly developing market, get a power in various areas of
social life and work activities, important for region. College
develops community students skills and civil value system,
analyses its own and other institutions experience, performs
scientific researches, creates positive image of Siauliaiai
region higher education institution, collaborates actively in
international area.

Public institution College of Management, Law and Languages of Siauliai
Region is higher education institution of Lithuanian Republic
providing opportunity to gain higher education.
The title of institution :
College of Management, Law and Languages of Siauliai Region.
College is non-profit seeking,
judicial institution with limited civil responsibility. Its aim
is to answer public interests, meet society needs.
College makes its own balance
sheet, has got an account in the bank and the stamp with its
title.
College follows the
Constitution of Lithuanian Republic, Acts of Higher Education,
Public Institutions of Republic of Lithuania, legislation of
Ministry of Education and
Science of Lithuanian
Republic, resolutions of Lithuanian Government, other standard
acts.
The abbreviation of institution
is CMLLSR. It provides full-time and extramural studies.
College determines it-self
organizational and administrational structure and the rules of
internal work.
College makes self-dependently
collaborating agreements with Lithuanian and other countries
higher education institutions.
College has got its own
Statute, where are defined common college attitudes, students
rights and duties, disciplinary penalties, ways of dispute
settlements, studies system, college property and the
wherewithal, control system.

Main Attitudes
- to allow a person to get higher education and professional
qualification corresponding to Lithuanian economy wants,
scientific and the newest technological level;
- develop scientific researches and activities important
for region;
- consult local economy and auhority subjects;
- organize continuous studies;
- help economy subjects to organize staff in-service
training and re-skilling;
- prepare specialists considering labour market changes;
- organize conferences and seminars;
- develope study exchanges and international
collaboration;

Students
exchange coordinators
College international relations are organized and developed by Scientific
Researches and International Relations Center: manager
docent post-graduate student Inga Izdonaite ,coordinators
Irena Rocyte and Vilma Bazariene.
College is a member of international associations: SPACE,
EURASHE, BMDA. It is an active participant of their
activities.
In 2005 after ERASMUS Charter approval college gained
opportunity to initiate first exchange projects.

Recently there are prepared agreements with
Liechtenstein, Germany, South Africa Republic, Poland
and other foreign countries higher education
institutions.
Positive students and lecturers experience, gained
participating as partners in previous exchange project,
stimulates active participation in students and
lecturers mobility projects. May, 2006 Kaine Gulozer ,a
lecturer from Abat Izzet Baysal University (Turkey) ,worked
in our college.
In 2005 our lecturers Inga Izdonaite and Zana
Grigaliuniene lectured in Tallin Commerce College (Estonia).
At the moment two our college students Rita
Aleksandraviciute and Dovile Lukosiute are studying in
Poland.
Students and lecturers exchanges will be widened in the
future.
